Overall it was a great experience, i had an exchange in Amsterdam for 6 months and cant really complain with its location (near Metro for M53), quality of the room, resourcefulness (near AH and Bijlmerplein if you wanna go a bit further using bus), and helpful staff. If i had the chance to live in Amsterdam again, id choose this again.

Horrible. Lived Here for over a Year paying my rent timely. Left the place 3 months ago and I've been Requesting a refund of my deposit on a Daily basis for over 1,5 months now. Every Day I was promissed my refund would be Wired over that same Day. My advise is to Stay away from our domain

This apartment is a weird existence in the Netherlands. It is good at deliberately not returning the tenant’s deposit under various excuses. It has been in arrears for three months and has not returned the deposit. They ignored the e-mail that reminded them of the deposit. Really, this kind of behavior is really too arrogant, we have to find it to solve it through legislation ！

It has been 3,5 months since my contract with Domain was terminated and 3 weeks since the admission of debt on your behalf and still you have not paid back the 1,222.59 Euros that you owe me. I cannot describe how outrageous this is and how it affects the reputation of your company - because I have informed everyone on my reach regarding your behaviour. This sort of behaviour leaves me no other choice but to request legal assistance from the university and the Consumentenbond.

The apartments are new and quite nice. But the apartments are very overpriced for what they are. I also can't understand how they can charge you 5 euros for washing and drying your laundry, which of course is not mentioned anywhere on their website when booking an apartment. This should be a simple thing to provide for free when renting an apartment, as it is necessary for everyone to wash their clothes. What is the most outrageous thing about this company is that my rent ended at the end of July and now it is end of October and I am still waiting for them to return my deposit. This is completely unacceptable, especially after it was mentioned during check out that I would receive this by the end of August. They also do not seem to care at all ignoring emails and telling me on the phone how they will sort out the situation but no action has been taken. I am sick and tired of calling every week for someone to say yes we will handle the deposit situation, but then nothing happening! Completely unacceptable! If I will not receive my deposit soon I will have to take legal action against this money hungry company!

First glance, the place is nicely furnished with a great gym on the campus albeit far from the centre. However, the place has more than a few issues from the start- bikes being stolen or laundry not working for example. I had more than a few personal issues with them. Namely, even after complaining couple of times over an issue that multiple people had (wallpaper peeling) as well as their own mistakes (missing a screw on a coffee table, or my doorbell not working) and being told it was noted at my pre-check out and check out, they still deducted the amounts from my deposit. I wouldn't use their services again, but if you're more shrewd, you might just avoid my issues.
