Had the same experience as one of the other guys. Went on a Sunday and was \greeted\ by a very impolite and unfriendly receptionist. Showed all the documentation necessary and she told me that everything seems to be in order but she cannot let me in with my kid (2yrs old, being carried)?! Bad for them - dads on Sundays will most likely have their kids with them... Went two doors down to another retailer and bought all the stuff for the decoration of the castle there. Seems they have enough business, so thank you for pointing that out and bringing it to the people who deserve it.

We visited the shop on a Sunday and were treated extremely unprofessionally and rude by the receptionist. Despite being in the business of property and interior design she had no interest to give us access. After 15 minutes we finally got the access because she repeatedly gave us the wrong company email address. After a third time when I asked her to recheck the email address she apologised for given the wrong one. Overall her tone was very rude and abusive that I was shocked . We were there with three people and she asked us to only enter the house by a maximum of two people even though the show room was completely empty. Like you ask a dog to wait outside the door. Very disappointing experience and a shame to see that customers are treated like that.

Afgelopen jaren zijn wij volledig overgestapt naar DiGa Colmore als vaste leverancier. Een geweldig bedrijf met toegewijde medewerkers en altijd weer verrassende producten. Bij ieder bezoek worden we weer verrast door de inspirerende showroom en het geweldige hospitality atelier. In Venlo zijn meerdere leveranciers, waar onze bedrijven ook klant zijn (geweest), maar steekt uiteindelijk DiGa Colmore er altijd met kop en schouders bovenuit. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten überhaupt Colmore-Kunde zu werden, kann ich sagen, das warten hat zum eine seinen Grund, zum anderen ist es die Sache wert.Ich verstehe, dass diese Einkaufmöglichkeit einem gewissen Kreis vorbehalten ist.Ich muss aber auch sagen, dass sowohl die Waren, als auch die Beratung top sind.Nach dem sich der zuständige Kundenmanager für mich eingesetzt hat, lief alles wunderbar und ich darf ab sofort bei Colmore einkaufen. Für mich ist es heutzutage sehr wichtig, menschlich zu sein und dieses Gefühl habe ich vom Manager bekommen. Vielen Dank für das freundliche Gespräch.
