Friendly staff, good bikes and a decent price for renting a bike

Decent bikes, decent price, had two normal bikes for one day and everything went fine. No complaints no issues. They're open till 6pm for the return so don't miss it. One small improvement I would like is that you'd actually get a return receipt our at least your receipt stamped. Other then that a great experience.

Very poor service. We have been put off several times. The first time we were told the bike we wanted to rent would bei there two days later - and could not be resererved. The second time: the bikes were not available- seemed they had been reserverd for someone else. A sound explanation was not given.
