Superfijne yoga lessen tijdens de zwangerschap. Echt een uurtje ontspanning voor mama zelf. Onwijs veel tips & ademhalingstechnieken voor tijdens de bevalling. Erg leuk om ook met andere zwangere vrouwen in contact te komen tijdens deze bijzondere periode. Amanda is een super docente, waar je je zeker op je gemak bij voelt.
