Had the usb-c port of my Sony Xperia repaired by Dr. Mobile, it was under warranty. Everything was as promised, got my phone returned to home in 7 days. Their track trace link was little outdated though, status was being updated 1 or 2 days later.

My headphone jack from my phone is broken and after an android update I got heavy software issues There's a notch on my screen slightly damaged but the touchscreen works perfectly. So I requested them to not repair the screen because I know that notch is not a problem for me So after filling everything in on there site and mentioning that they didn't need to fix the screen I payed a 12 so that they could pick my phone up at my home. The next day I got a text from a short messaging nummer with the message that my phone will be picked up that day Since that day I haven't heard from them and 2 weeks went by. So when I eventually called because I wasn't hearing anything from them, they told me that they're almost finished and they made a price list... it would cost 633 for replacing the motherboard from my phone because they can't solve my headphone jack problem without having to put a new motherboard in. They told me I needed to pay 42,60 for a new frame while the frame of my phone was completely not broken or scratched and in perfect condition. They told me I needed to pay 83,99 for a new screen even while I told them the screen didn't need to be fixed. they never even asked me first if they could start replacing en repairing all that, they never called me I had to call them to find out I would need to pay like 200 more than the price I originally payed for that phone for them to be able to sent me back a fixed phone that barely has original parts of my phone That's not what I call good service
Criminal, don't go there. They say the device costs 300 to replace the screen, and then 40 to return it, but you can just leave it if you don't want it back. I find a new screen for 50 and do it myself. Many people leave the device, they repair it for 30 and sell it for 200. Really unethical, and they are supoorted by Sony, sad, I never buy Sony again for that reason.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. My nexus 5x was sent for repair under warranty due to a boot loop issue. First I was told the warranty period was over, which is impossible due to the phone not being released more than 2 years ago. Then they claimed water damage. The phone was never in contact with water. Finally, they said they couldn't repair under warranty because of a (very small) crack on the screen. I said that I didn't want the crack repaired, just the boot loop issue, which is completely unrelated. They refused, which I would (unhappily) accept, except they asked me for more money than the ORIGINAL price of the phone. To have my phone back, without repair, they want to charge me almost 40 euros. Essentially: They don't fix your problem and they even charge you to have it back. They stole my phone and I even paid the shipping....
Dr Mobile appears to be the same company as Dynafix. They claimed that they couldn't repair my phone under the warranty conditions, even though it was only 1 year old. The repair price they proposed was higher than the price of the phone itself! They asked for 36 just to send it back to me. When I asked why the warranty didn't cover the issue, they never replied to the question and kept sending me the same automated email saying that the warranty conditions didn't cover the repairs. It's a complete fraud. Do not trust them!
