My first contact with Tesla was "handled" by Maurice Pouderoyen (Arnhem-Duiven). From the first telephone call, to the reception of my family and the entire experience from explanation of the Tesla to the test drive, he has given us the ultimate TESLA feeling! He really welcomed us and made us feel that we were already part of the TESLA community. (how different this is experiencing personnel at other car-dealers) Besides a great car, I believe the people who work for TESLA need to complete the customer feeling! And Maurice did!! Also in the communication after my test drive and during the first rides after my purchase. Maurice is PROUD of what he "sells", advises and continues to offer the high-level service also after the sale. I'm a TESLA-FAN ( and also a MAURICE-FAN ;-) **Michel**

I booked a test drive for the Model S, they let me drive it for almost an hour, after that they offered to test the Model 3 as well. Amazing experience! The staff was also very friendly and answered questions about the cars honestly.

Just went to the Tesla Duiven Center because the seal of the driver door on the bottom of our m3p is loose. Only realised this, because I was cleaning the car on the weekend. And didn’t want to wait for weeks for an service appointment, also because we are going on holidays with the car, which is only 3 months old. I kindly asked them to fix it. Because road noise, cold air (it’s winter atm) and debris comes into the cabin. The guy from customer service at the service desk looked annoyed and said “if it has to be I’ll have a look with you” then he said it’s too busy and they wouldn’t be able to fix it quickly. I’d have to wait at least for four hours or maybe they would look at it tomorrow. I left to the nearby supercharger and while charging thought, this was rude and unprofessional behaviour, which isn’t acceptable, especially because we are driving on holidays. So I drove back to ask again and to find out whom I was speaking to. A mechanic was outside and wanted to help because it’s a quick fix. But for that he had to talk to the service manager. While talking with the mechanic outside the guy who I talked with first “NIELS” rushed out of his office, talked to the mechanic and told me in a very unpleasant tone that it’s not possible to fix it quickly, not today nor tomorrow and I better leave. I hope someone responsible reads this and takes care of it. This is not a proper way to treat any customer, doesn’t matter what the issue is.
