Bought a design chair, very professional staff, good service
My son of 2 years old boiled his finger on the lamp immideately after entering the store. It was based on the floor, and was boiling hot. This is some sort of lamp which can be used for heating purposes. Such lamps should not be within the reach. Is it normal for a high end furniture store to have boiling hot lamps on the floor? Within reach of children, or anyone else? When accident happened, I could not understand what could cause such a strong cry of my child. I just put him on the floor, turn around, and could hear his painful cry.. Than I saw a lamp, i came close to it, i didnt need to touch even to understand what happened. From half a meter distance i could feel heat spreading from it. Shop assistand was telling that she doesnt think the burn is serious. It is not serious luckily- a big bubble over his small finger that is very painful. But it was not possible to make a judgement exactly when it happended- If you understand how the burns reaction is working. I felt that shop assistant was caring more for the face of the store than the issue with my son.
