We went on Saturday morning. It was very crowded ferry to the Borkum island. Parking facilities were full, I just about found a spot before the boat departure. You would need to allow plenty of time before departure. Return trip was much better with less people on the boat. Ticket office staff was very welcome and helpful.

Was staying in the lovely city of Groningen and had took a trip to Eenshaven then caught the ferry to the German island called Borkkum. Worth doing if your staying in Groiningen.
