I was very disappointed with the product itself, too thin but above all it does not correspond to what we ordered! we ordered keychain plectrums and they delivered the plectrum in one bag and the keychain in the other! what is your problem?

Really bad service!!! We are still waiting on a corrected re-print - because the first print was not what we have ordered. Michael sent a few short emails (so short, it is actually unfriendly) but never cared to send us the correct bassdrum sticker! We'll find a better company next time!
Waren alle post-order bedrijven maar zo goed!! Onlangs iets besteld voor Sinterklaas. Was super kort-dag en de post overladen door de drukte. Alle communicatie was super snel, netjes en correct. Men trok veel tijd uit om het goed op te lijnen, heeft goed werk afgeleverd en gezorgd dat, ondanks de drukte, het pakketje exact op tijd binnen was. HULDE!
