Bought Alex bed frame for two. Bad design with 4 points of support for the bedbodem. They then squeak and flex and can be felt in your back. Tried to return but because I used the bed frame (only metal) for 3 days and did not have the huge cardboard pieces was impossible. Delivered outside of specified time frame. I did not get the chance to comment on the product inside the webpage and suspect those reviews are fake. See it in person and judge the frames without the mattress on top before buying. Return policy is almost useless

I had two experiences with Beter Bed. First I went there couple of weeks back for buying beds. There was a really nice lady who helped us with buying and selecting everything as we wanted. Showed us all the possible options and gave good suggestions. Finally I bought two beds. Today again with the same experience I went to the same shop for buying wardrobe but she wasn't working today then I was stuck with this guy Dave. He clearly had no interest in explaining. His computer was also not working. Even though I liked one wardrobe but because of him didn't buy.
Incredible slow customer care
Horrible mattress topper ... kept getting softer and softer after day1. Now its unsleepable ... 2 months, 500 down the drain. Horrible
I like that it had the pillow I need which u couldn't find at any store. The workers are customer friendly
