Decent student accommodation however its pretty dated and you won't get the usual student experience. There is a bar that is really loud all the time, a shop that never opens and the windows open only 30cm so you live in an oven. But its a good place for sunsets and oranges I guess.

Camelot is a horrible company that never returns your deposit (fully or partly) and makes fake bills to charge the tenants (this has been proven by Jurist)! The only thing that they are very good at is: ignoring your calls and emails! My advice is: Just go sleep in the street in a tent but do not do any business with Camelot! if you want more (negative) reviews by hundreds of tenants, just join the Facebook group \Campus La Luna-Camelot at TU/e

Pros: Living on campus is great, the studios are decent. I have had a couple of issues with bathroom etc., but it was nothing that could not be fixed. Sound insulation could be better. The building managers are usually friendly and I feel as though they can be trusted. Cons: Camelot will send you an insanely long contract with lots of (sometimes illegal) ways to try and catch you out and take your money (especially if you are an international you might miss out on these things). They also charge very high rent and ask for an obnoxiously large deposit, which you have to hope they will give back to you. Because I was scared of all the negative reviews/stories, before I moved out I spent a long time cleaning and doing my best to get my whole deposit back (which thankfully, minus the bull**** 'cleaning costs', I got the entire thing back -- I guess this depends on how nice/reasonable the building manager/camelot employee who inspects your studio is). However, even after I have moved out I am having issues with a number of other (ex)-tenants who have been charged ridiculous 'service costs' (costs for utilities, furniture, tax, etc.). In addition to this, their contact options are horribly confusing and often they will ignore your emails or give unsatisfactory replies. I initially moved to Luna as a student because it was my last option as an international student. If you are thinking of studying at the TU/e I suggest looking long and hard for a place to live that is not La Luna. If you have the money and patience to deal with Camelot, then go ahead.

Serious warning: never try to rent room 1411 or 1409. There is super stinky smell at least in these two studios. Not sure it's fungi or bacteria. The smell is from the open balcony and cannot be eliminated. Somedays the smell is very bad , especially during night. You'll get sick in nose and lungs. They cannot solve this problem completely because the source is in the open balcony.
