I called about an issue with my computer that I couldn't solve myself, and they gave me a description about what it could be over the phone. Because I couldn't bring the desktop myself they offered to make an exception and help me with the transport to which I agreed and in 30 mins they were already picking up the computer. They called me later that day to let me know the initial diagnostics went well and I should expect a working machine by the end of the day. They also brought it back to my address. Overall if you can't figure out what's wrong with your machine give it to these guys because they will know. P.S. Try to make your website a bit more up to date, hire an intern or something

Brought my Lenovo laptop in on Friday 12.00 pm, since it was not charging at all. I needed it quickly back for university work, which they completely understood: the laptop was fixed on the same week on Sunday afternoon. It works perfectly now, and it was also thoroughly checked for other problems. Paid a more than reasonable price for the quick work, but also for their great service! If you have problems with your (TU) computer, bring it here :)

I took a computer at 12.00 and at the afternoon they told me they had repaired it. The computer is working fantastically. I think that they are professional, they have a lot of patience with the clients and they are fast. I will go next time to the same shop to repair my computers.
