I don't speak Dutch and it was a very pleasent experience to be able to get my blood test anyway. The receptionist was really nice to me, as the doctors/nurses who took my blood samples. I'm really afraid of needles but they tried to make myself at ease, so I wasn't too shocked in the end.

The receptionist was super nice and she spoke very good English. The nurse that took my blood sample also spoke good English. I was pretty tense and she kept smiling the whole time explaining everything she was doing, it was very reassuring.

The center was very neatly maintained, the receptionist was very kind and the waiting time for me was less than 5 minutes. It is little difficult for English speaking people as the technicians did not know much English. People doing the analysis gave me good feedback. Contacting them over phone takes a lot of time.

Each time I go there I always remind the Phlebotomists/ nurses to clean the spot with alcohol before taking blood sample. They even never wear any hand glove. They even don't clean hands afterwards. It is not visible if they are using new needle each time. Today, one of the Phlebotomists became rude when I reminded her about new needle. Next time I have to find an alternative for blood test. If anyone really HAVE to go there, please make sure that they are following the right protocols.
