I had a couple of questions before I spent my money. But I got the impression that I was interrupting their day and how dare I do that. It seemed they didn’t want to waste time answering my questions. The website mentions they do not have a customer support staff and it will cost you to ask question or get help for a problem. It seems it is the same for sales.

I really enjoyed my course at Dutch Academy Eindhoven. I completed both A1 and A2 there. I have learnt so much past few months and i dint even know to pronounce dutch alphabets when i started! Maurice and Phillippe were really patient and made the learning as smooth and simple as possible. I would definitely come back here to do my B1 in the future. Thank you so much !! :)
