Very much not a fan of their business model to undercut retail prices but charge for playing space. In the few times I've been there, I've seen staff let their friends cut in line, chat with friends while others were waiting in line, and offer petty criticism to customers. It's the least professional I've ever seen any store staff be. The whole place feels like a group of friends having a club house to serve their own interests, rather than a store.

We were here at an open D&D game night. There were lots of games and characters to choose from. Even for beginners it was tremendous fun. Well stocked non alcoholic bar with very reasonable prices.
I've played for quite some time in the past, but when I went in today with a friend to buy his first 2 packs of magic and play Pack Wars for 15 minutes, we were asked to pay the 3 euro per person entrance fee. I understand (and fully agree) with an entrance fee if we would want to play for 1 or more hours, but I find it very cheap that we'd have to pay 6 euros (on top of the 2 packs we just bought!) just to play Pack Wars.
