terrible service. after registering, making my profile, and having an appointment, I tried to get a refill on my prescription. They told me I do not exist in the system and hung up.

Worst experience ever. I have seen several doctors in this practice already and the best advice they have always is to go home and rest and take paracetamol. One time I had a broken finger and they wanted me to go home, denying the finger was not broken; I refuse to that and after fighting with the doctor I got an order for an X-ray; and got immediate referral to the Hospital after that. Same story with an infection I have had for 6 weeks already which is causing me quite a lot of pain, I am not getting any concrete guidance or treatment after 3 times being there with the same complain We are moving to another practice definitely!

Dr. Dijkmans en Dr. Smele zijn vertrokken dus nu nieuwe artsen en verandering zeker wat betreft, service cq de balie werkzaamheden, ontvangen van patiënten/klanten, ze hebben koffie pauzes wegens ziekte of ander rare teksten die op de raam staan geplakt kunnen de balie medewerkers je niet te woord staan dit echt schandalig. Zelf loop ik daar niet de deur plat, maar nu voor de vierde maal daar geweest, staat er ook nog een ouder dame met rollator zeker 12 min te wachten AAN DE BALIE. Heb een mededeling voor de U klanten/patiënten komen ZEKER NIET voor hun plezier bij u aan de balie. KLANT VRIENDELIJKHEID DAT IS MOOI BELEID . En zo hoort het.
