I moved to my new house, and there were no containers, after a week or more I called them, they said O sorry there was a mistake, we will send you the containers as soon as possible, then they gave me a time for bringing the containers after two weeks, ironically that was one day after the day of collection, so I am supposed to wait with the garbage for a month and then another 2 weeks for the next collection. I put the garbage in bags out to be collected but they were not, I called again, they said it can't be collected this way without containers. I asked for custom collection appointment, they said that is not possible, the only solution is to bring my waste to the recycle point myself, I explained that I don't have a car, they said sorry they can't do anything. Well, What I understand is that when you do a mistake, you should fix it. Very unprofessional!

Cure Afvalbeheer is a collaboration between the municipalities of Eindhoven, Valkenswaard and Geldrop-Mierlo. Cure is responsible for waste recollection in these municipalities. Erg slechte indruk van dit bedrijf gekregen, heb op 12 augustus 2020 contact gehad met de klantenservice. Dit omdat alle milieustraten om 13:00 uur al dicht waren en dit stond nergens vermeld, tijdens het contact met de klantenservice werd er gezegd dat ik maar beter had moeten kijken naar de openingstijden, ik kon de volgende dag terecht. Ook nog contact gehad met de milieustraat in Veldhoven waar op een norse en boze toon gezegd werd dat ik niet welkom was want ik kwam uit Eindhoven. Als bedrijf dien je in zulke situaties met een oplossing te komen voor de klant, dus niet maar zeggen dat ik beter had moeten kijken want dat komt niet netjes over. Kortom een bedrijf waar professionaliteit te kort schiet.

Wat me direct opviel naar het zoeken van de Cure website, is de slechte reviews....... Heb onlangs 2 containers besteld voor mijn nieuwe woonadres. Heb de communicatie met dit bedrijf als positief ervaren en alles is vlot en prima verlopen. Ook kreeg ik op een vriendelijke manier duidelijke uitleg over mijn vragen. Het is precies wat ik altijd al zeg: als je zelf beleefd en redelijk bent, zijn andere dat ook........ Bedrijven met slechte reviews hoeven vaak niet slecht te zijn. Want als je de slechte reviews aandachtig doorneemt, zijn het vaak de klanten met weinig geduld en respect......
