Do not go to this notary. After having arranged with the seller to cover a damage that was found in the house, they asked me (the buyer) to pay for the bill. Then from the money i paid he deducted a notary specific fee that was not clearly stated in the contract which party should pay for. When i called to ask for explanation he said that there is nothing that can be done. So i ended up paying for a fee i had no responsibility for. Better try some other office

Dhr. Houtepen zijn samenlevingscontract was voor ons onbegrijpelijk. Wat nodig was voor ons eenvoudig verzoek, het nalaten van het huis aan de partner indien een van ons komt te overlijden, was ons na een gesprek en meerdere e-mails nog niet duidelijk. Omdat we het belangrijk vinden wat we tekenen in ieder geval te begrijpen hebben we de opdracht ingetrokken. Hierna kregen we nog een rekening. Dit heeft ons een hoop tijd, energie en geld gekost en weinig opgeleverd.
