Highly disappointing company. When there is NO hot water, here explain what happened : 1. It costs \u003e 15 minutes to get talk to the customer service .... 2. Engineer had o-show\, but did NOT call (while I wait there for 6 hours...) 3. There has been NO hot water since last Wed !

Terrible service. 7 appointments so far to fix their own faulty installation of a heating system in a new house. 3 months of waiting and it's still not solved. My neighbours have the same experience.
Bad installation work. Unskilled and rude personel. Do not respond to complaints .time for a lawyer .
Very good profetionals in sales, installations,service with good Technicians & engineers .
Flexible and thinking with the customer. We have change the radiators, 'cv ketel', floor heating, and the 'groepenkast'
