The ear piece of my prescription glasses frame broke. I was traveling from California where I bought the spectacles. Specsavers fixed the break promptly at no charge!!! Wow how nice! I can only say thank you in dutch.

Received wrong order in october for perscription lenses. Reordered in January and sent to wrong address, have to wait another 2 weeks now in February. Initially they werent to give me a refund as well.
