this kantoor cheats with prices and their services are of very poor quality. I had bad experience with them. Do not recommend to use their services, based on my personal experience with them! @@@@@@@ As a reply to the Kantoor;s reply hereunder: I saw the reply from that Notary Kantoor. Not professional at all.... it was sad to read such not professional reply as my 2 official emails (asking for clarification) to that Kantoor were fully ignored. I believe they just had no arguments to reply. They stated they spent more time, short notice, etc, etc - this is not correct. I overpaid appr. eur 100, but I decided to forgive it to them as I do feel sorry for this Kantoor for such attitude and not professional approach. My recommendation - please, AVOID this Kantoor and use any other one as this Kantoor cheats and provides not correct information a priori, as you can see from their response.

Als je een rib uit je lijf wil laten trekken kun je naar het ziekenhuis of naar deze notaris.
Zeer onbetrouwbaar kantoortje. Geld dat zogenaamd in deposito zou worden bewaard is tegen de afspraak in en zonder overleg overgemaakt aan een partij die daar geen recht op had. Kan je daar dus zelf achter aan gaan. Ga niet met deze lieden in zee.
Ben heel goed geholpen.
