Absolute gem of a find! A team who butcher, BBQ, cater & have a shop for the home enthusiast. Brilliant to be able to discuss charcoal bbqing with those that do it daily! Always helpful, with a good selection of cuts & super friendly service - plus all the extras (knives, rubs, wood, etc) if you find yourself in need. I'm quick becoming a regular.
