Very helpful personnel and friendly service

Very efficient team. You email them and within minutes they often respond. They are also very out going and friendly. The front reception is also welcoming. They're doing a wonderful job representing Ireland over here in NL.

Surprisingly great experience, they have on-call phone staff to help and when I went to the embassy to get emergency travel documents it only took about 15 minutes. The guy was very fast and efficient. Opening hours could be better but its a civil service, they are pretty standard. Totally made a crappy series of events a lot easier on me.
