Very very bad. Please stay away from them. During COVID-19 pandemic they doin’t answer the phone and reply to any e-mails. Besides that no any relevant news (status) update to find on their website regarding travel restrictions to Sudan.

Never pick up the phone or reply to emails, totally useless at this time of Covid-19 where we are supposed to stay in, but instead taking the train to go ask 1 question, frustrating is an understatement
