First of all bring cash. It is a cash only place! You can call for information about the fee. Overall good service. Get your visa in 30 minutes depending on the crowd. But read the online information carefully for a smooth transition.

I went to arrange a Vietnamese passport for my daughter. I had to pay 50 euro to translate a birth certificate from Dutch to English. Before I went I did call to make sure that I had all the documents they need. It wasn't mentioned on the phone and not on the website either. It was completely a surprise. Also, I called 6 times on several days but noone picked up. I had to fill in extra documents when I was there. The number machine didn't work. I was helped at the Embassy but it wasn't a good experience.
