Very large store with lots of reasonable priced products. They have been renovating for quite some time now, which doesn't improve their service. Often there is nobody to help you or you'll be waiting for a long time.
After googling the opening hours of the store we went from Amsterdam all the way to Enschede ( 193km / 1,40 hour drive ) to find that the store was closed and only open on the first Sunday of the week. Thanks for wasting our time, gas and good time.
Web shop is not what it seems to be. Products you order are not always in stock, or even available. Example: I ordered biopellets on the 30th of March. They arrived 17th of April... So I call them and 3 times during their "opening" hours nobody picks up. 4th time someone finally picks up after a long time and is so uninterested in my question why it took so long that the response was : yeah well you got it now right ? Guess what: keep your stuff, I'll order elsewhere. You dont need me and I dont need you.
