Gym facilities are fine but their fee structure is not at good. Just to attract people they post first 40 days free and then you can start paying the fee but once you start the subscription you are liable to pay compulsory 2 months fee. Even though you choose flexible cancellation they would deduct unnecessarily one month extra fee whether you use gym facilities o not. They have too much hidden rules and regulations, please be careful.

The gym is actually pretty good, however the customer service is terrible. As per cancellation policy, it should be one month notice period which you wouldn’t be made aware off until you cancel. They wont respond to mails, i would suggest some other gym which is transparent when it comes to things like these. In short gym is good but the people who run em are scammers.
Hard to unsubscribe. Takes several weeks to end subscription while you wait for customer service only available by e-mail to process it and the fees continue meanwhile. They set this up purposely for their benefit which is really low - It's a scam , stay away.
Good gym. Good equipment
Too crowded and staff is underqualified.
