My favourite salon, hands down! I'm usually the type of customer who would have to be very specific about everything in every step but ever since I had my hair done by Annick the first time, I did not have to repeat myself too much - she is the best, just knew exactly what I wanted and my concerns and understood me. I also had Layla and Darin do my hair in her absence and they are fantastic, always makes sure if I am happy and explains everything! If I ever had concerns, they are always so glad to address and fix them as part of the service. I have been going to this salon almost every month or every other month since 2018, and I 100% trust them with my hair. From my dark hair to super light blonde hair, they really take care of it and make sure you are satisfied. I've been to so many salons in the past but there is none quite like this one! I highly recommend. Some hair colours I've done with them over the years, attached below. My natural hair is dark brown.

Not satisfied with my result. I complained about my result but did not receive a treatment to fix it or money back, even though their website said they had \100% satisfied or money back guarantee\. I sent an email and explained my rights to get a new treatment/money back. But then they blamed it all on me because I agreed with the colours the hairdresser picked. But the whole point was that it didnt turn out how I wished, and I continued to argued that I was not satisfied and I had the right to get a new treatment or money back according to the guarantee they had. Some days after they suddenly changed their information on the website where it said that the 100% money back guarantee just included haircut and not hair colouring. One of the three pictures under shows a screenshot from 15 october where there are some missing points (higlighted in the circle) which has been added now on photo 2 and 3.... (photo 1 and 2 is shown in norwegian language the other one in dutch) I find this really unprofessional. And I would not recommend this place if you are going to colour your hair. If they screw it up you cant get money back or even get a new treatment to fix it....
Wonderful service. I received a curl cut by Ray and he did an amazing job. The atmosphere was comfortable and elegant. My experience was of high quality and I'm excited to already come back for my next cut! Thank you for giving me my favorite hair cut :) You have a new regular customer
The first time I went it was great, the lady did her best to save as much of my hair length as possible while attempting to smoothen out my old highlights that were not growing out well. But when I went back this time, it was another lady and I told her I would like to keep as much hair as possible, but she can cut off whatever is needed for the split-ends as she thinks is necessary cause she's the professional so she knows best. Told her I wanted curtain bangs in the front which she did, and wanted to layer the hair in the front which was cute and all. But she just kept cutting and cutting I think really obsessed with \fixing\ my highlights which I said I do not care too much about. She ended up cutting off more than 2 inches of my hair!!!!!!!...and the curtain bangs are not even in the front either as well as the layers are all completely different lengths it doesn't even make sense D: it looked cute-ish after the blowout but now that I'm just washing it really looks terrible and my hair is so short :'( IDK maybe I should've repeated several times do not cut so much hair off but I assumed paying 40 euros for a haircut they'd know that after one time saying not to cut off more than 2 inches... Very nice people, but damn this is heartbreaking for me I grew out my hair for ages to get this length and its 2 inches shorter now! And nothing they can do to \fix\ my short hair and even more scared to go back and ask them to fix my bangs incase they cut off more hair again. Also had to wait 20 minutes even tho I made an app just FYI Just very angry and heartbroken about my long hair
As always, so happy with my haircur by Isolde, exactly how I wanted it. It's just a shame that I have to travel from the UK to get my haircut by her so I have to time my trips so they coincide with needing a cut.
