I am really disappointed about this shop and the service there. Since, 2 years I am studying in Enschede. I had a lot of problems with my wifi contract. I went to the shop many times in order to ask for advice and help but unfortunately are the people that work there also not very competent. \Just call the hotline\, was the answer they gave me. I have a contract without an TV abo but this \professional\ company charges every month 15 euros extra for this abo. I absolutly do not recomment T-Mobile

Werd naar deze winkel gestuurd door t-mobile klantenservice om daar mijn telefoon in te leveren voor recycling, en moeilijk dat ze deden... Echt waardeloos. Ik zit nu nog steeds met mijn telefoon en ik neem nooit geen abonnement bij t-mobile weer. Ze informeren je niet goed en achteraf kun je gewoon betalen voor iets wat je niet wilt
