Very friendly and helpful staff, I can highly recommend the PT sessions!. I have a very good personal trainster, best one I have had so far and I've had quite a few (a.o. in India, Cameroon, Madagascar, Egypt and The Netherlands).

Fantastic gym right by Centraal station! 7.50EUR for a 1-day visit, a great deal for tourists. Extremely new, fully equipped, with friendly staff and some good music. Water jugs and bottled water are everywhere. And free wifi!
