Very nice atmosphere; super clean and tidy. You know they use high quality stuff in the entire space and also in the tea/oils. No strange or creepy or whatever weird feeling. Feel super relaxed. Sandy is great!
All what I needed! The whole experience at Five City Spa was great: location, staff and service. I had the Full Body Massage and it was great. And for this times, very important, Covid protocols where good too.
You will be in good company when you enter Five City Spa, located at one of the most charming streets in Amsterdam. Great place, highly recommended. They work with products of team Dr. Joseph (100 % natural and organic ingredients). Great result after the facial, skilled people, clean and very relaxing. All that you can wish for!
I had booked in for the five intensive (strong massage), and the massage provided was far from that. Very underwhelming with way too much oil. When I expressed my dissapointment, they charged me for a relaxing massage instead - far from the service I requested. A poor massage and even worse customer service.
