Behnam can do anything! Quick and efficient with qualities and details, he will help you to think right solution but not just change everything ( to keep the budget low and reasonable) . My friend had whole bathroom ( with serious leaking to the wall) and guest toilet renovation done by him, wonderful job done. He also helped me fixed wooden door, toilet , install lights etc. great experience.
