They sent me an expired Aves product - clay which should have been soft, but it came hard as a rock. I wrote to them 2 times about the issue but 10 days later I still don't have an answer back. And they send emails to an international client in Dutch, not English which is ridiculous.

A bit out of the way but this is an amazing shop for artists involved in special effects, product design, molds & casting. Their webshop is good but in the physical shop you can see/feel product samples & get advice from the very knowledgeable and helpful shop attendant (also in English) on all the complicated materials. One can also get special offers here not available online.
