Coming to the shop, feels like you are visiting your friendly neighbours. They always give excellent advise, if you would like to ship a parcel abroad. They also have a great selection of international magazine's and chocolate.

I dropped a package off here two weeks ago to be sent via mondial relay and she never scanned the code to indicate that the package had been sent nor did I receive a confirmation (such as a receipt) that she had sent it. It’s been two weeks and the package still hasn’t arrived in France. According to mondial relay I should have received a code the moment I dropped off the package....

I am sorry to see that in 2018, in Amsterdam, after all these public discussions, they still decorate their shop with racist black-faced dolls/ zwartepiet and sell stickers with black-face painted figures. I will find another post office/ office supply shop if they continue to do so.
