Guys don't use this company, seriously, it's a scam. Unprofessional, unresponsive and in the end I didn't save any money and just had a huge hassle. Now, months after I've moved away from Groningen they are contacting me, wanting more money from me than I have already sent them. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and choose a different agency
