De Pastorie is a wonderful practice with an excellent, hard-working and reliable team of experienced doctors and supporting staff. I needed care on Christmas Eve, and despite the early closing hours, they squeezed me in their busy schedule end of day and took all the time necessary. Would highly recommend them!

When calling 'de Pastorie' I had to wait at most 5 minutes on the line. I have always been helped properly at the facility by multiple doctors. I see comments regarding unfriendly staff, I have, however not experienced this, neither from the assistants or doctors.

I had to wait 18 minutes for 2 clients that were before me, and when they picked up they hung up the phone!

Ik zit pas bij hun ik vind ze geweldig ze begrijpen je en ze zijn allemaal vriendelijk ik ben blij dat ik bij hun ben gegaan

De (telefoon) wachttijden zijn lang en de huisartsen zijn druk, hierdoor kan je nooit binnen redelijk termijn door dezelfde huisarts behandeld worden. Daarnaast wordt je vaak niet serieus genomen en lijkt het of huisartsen voor hun zelf werken in plaats van met jou samen. Je moet zelf terugbellen voor uitslagen. Assistente heeft geen verstand van simpele procedures waarbij je zelf erachter moet komen dat een deel mist. Als jij iemand bent die zijn zorg als belangrijk acht, zoek dan vooral een andere huisartsenpraktijk die meer betrokken is en de zaken beter in orde heeft. Chapeau!
