Unfortunately, we should give at least a star in google review. If I can give 0 start, I really really want to do so. I ordered a package on Tuesday and it should be delivered the day after. However, it is not delivered until Friday. And they said it will be delivered on Monday after they said it would be on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. And I am not sure about this, they can easily change it to other days. In a nutshell, this is the worst logistics company I have ever known during my stay in the Netherlands.

1) Number to contact is not correct. 2) my package must deliver yesterday. 3) after changing its status in tracking page to today, again, the package did not deliver.
Package takes longer than indicated to arrive, customer support desk costs 1 to call IF you can reach them. The number they give you on the track and trace brings you to am answering machine that just says \this number is not allowed\. The delivery person gave a o-one home\ message to the house (which houses 38 people, most of which were awake at that time) meaning the delivery person either didn't ring the bell, or didn't give us adequate time to respond to the bell. After not recieving the package we get notified that we can only pick up the package or have received delivered tomorrow

Waardeloos bedrijf ik wacht inmiddels al 3 dagen langer op mij pakket, geef dat dan aan in plaats van dat je mensen onnodig hun tijd verspilt.
Waardeloos. Ik krijg een niet-thuis bericht terwijl ik de hele dag thuis ben geweest. Er is niet aangebeld en ik krijg geen bericht wanneer het nu wel bezorgd wordt. Erg slecht want dit niet de eerste keer van GLS...
