Alright - this car rental agency is definitely out to get your money. Staff is very friendly and helpful but they refused to agree that the paint scratch that was at the back was already present beforehand. We had a video of the state of the car but because it was raining during pick-up, the scratches were not very visible hence they said it was our fault. We are very certain that it was not our doing but had to pay 300 euros extra. For 1 scratch. So that's quite an annoying end of holiday

I had a good experience with green motion. Friendly and helpful staff. Yes it is not in the terminal(probably one reason why it's cheaper) but the free bus shuttle goes every 15 to 20 minutes or so. You have to go to bus station A15(picture). Which is right of most exits of the terminal. It says green motion on the sign. Most people misunderstand the 35 Euro administration cost. This is ONLY when you get a fine. Getting the car didn't take unusually long, and bringing it back was delt with very swiftly. I'll update about the deposit cancellation time. Update: Took less than two weeks. And my bank is middle eastern. Again, good experience for me. I can definitely recommend green motion.

Don't rent a car from this rental agency. These guy have a horrible policy. The cleaning policy is Ridiculous They expect the car to be picture clean but they don't deliver the car in that condition. 1st time I'm hearing this ,who will be in a position to clean a car and return it if you have to catch a flight. Also the administration cost is very expensive. Far from airport. Long wait for Shuttle service. Please be careful and my advise. DON'T RENT A CAR HERE.

NERVER NEVER NEVER Rent a car in this agency, yes prices are "less" but they overcharge for everything. I rented a car and when they gave it to me NEVER said anything about a limit of km to drive, never say anything about it and now they are charging me 180 euros for extra km. I've never have a similar situation in any other car rental, first time they charge me for this and worst of all when i was there receiving the car never said anything about a limit. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!!!! Seriously is better to pay 20 euros more per day in a serious agency than renting here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Look I see a lot of negative reviews, but keep in mind that you are renting with a smaller company. Yes, you will be charged when crossing borders and yes you will be charged if you bring the car back in a very dirty state. My rental experience was nothing but flawless. There was quite a wait for the shuttle bus at the airport (A15 stop), but the car I rented was great and the folks were very accommodating. Will rent again!

Worst care hire experience I have had and WARN EVERYONE OFF USING THEM. I would give it minus one star if possible. The sat navigation system in the car did not work. The replacement one they gave us did not work either. When we tried to return to the drop off location we were late because we had no sat navigation system. They’re advertised quick drop off at the airport service took over 25 minutes to show up. Originally they told us it would be 15 minutes, this then changed to 20, and even possibly 30 minutes. Eventually I ended up booking a uber for myself and my disabled mother to get to the airport and she missed her flight. Meanwhile they had three buses and drivers waiting outside refusing to move, you can see the photos below. Moreover when I tired to ascertain how long it would be they, laughed in my face and refused to actually give a helpful answer. I find it disgraceful that people can act like that while sitting in the airconditioned office, while multiple groups of customers are waiting on the tarmac for 25 minutes for a bus in 33 degrees heat. I tried to remain calm but finally snapped at them due to my frustration.
