MIDI has a very good selection of food and they have very good chef’s. We had an amazing soup as first dish that blew my mind! Never have i ever tasted a soup as good as the one they served in MIDI. For what you get it’s not an expensive place and you will enjoy you’re time when you’re there!

Been to Midi quite a couple of times. Easily one of the best restaurants in Groningen. Recommend to book ahead especially Friday and Saturday dinner times. Waitress named Tess is the best service provider and made my friend and I felt very well taken care of even though we don't speak Dutch. Food is consistently of high quality and they change menu periodically. The fries on the side is a must-have and the salad is surprisingly really yummy too. There is a in-house wine expert if you are into wine, he would be happy to talk about it and recommend according to your choice of dishes. They have an English menu, however, the daily special menu is in Dutch only. They are happy to accommodate any dietary needs. ️️
