I had the opportunity to purchase online a limited edition fountain pen in this shop. Unfortunately the nib size was too broad for me, but Ronald managed to get the right one in few days. The packaging and sending of the pen to Spain was great, including a bottle of ink for free. Thank you Ronald for your kindness and excellent communication. I definiitely recommend this shop to everyone searching for quality fountain pens at a great price.

Wonderful store for everyone that love fountainpens or fine writing instruments! The shop owner really knows his business and is always available to advise you to find the perfect writing instrument. When you're in Groningen, this shop is really a 'must' to visit!

If you are into fountain pens, this is the place to go in Groningen. Also has a repair service. Pelikan, Parker, Montblanc. But also Visconti, Pilot, Lamy..... The Japanese Pilot inks (iroshizuku) are in stock. (Not all colors but a nice selection)

My experience is the same as that of the other recent review about rude staff. Extremely rude and offensive behaviour. I would much rather buy from other stores in NL like Appelboom, Akkerman etc.
