By winning the Innovation Award at the Ministry of Defense for learning and education in the end of 2015, we had the opportunity to develop our GPAL App. We have done many pilots to date at the Ministry of Defense and other organisations. These pilots were very succesful. Our adventure started here and the road ahead look promising! We have been busy fine-tuning the concept and more extensive pilot studies will be executed at the Ministry of Defense. Pilots are being done in other organisations as well. This is how we work: starting with one or more pilots. Based on the information retrieved from these pilots, the team sees how the GPAL App can be used for instance to improve processes, safeguard knowledge, and lift team work to a higher level.
