Do not help to find a solution when you have a problem with the facility you are renting. Not cooperative and no empathie whatsoever.

Endless waiting. You need to wait longer than a year as a member to get a room. Once you apply to a room and get accepted you need to call them and to set up a viewing, considering you have 3 days to decide if you want the room, it took me until the last day to set up the meeting. The people you talk to are really nice but they really don't seem to help you in the most efficient way.

It seems like no-one working here has any braincells. Rooms are fine but don't expect repairs or complaintsts to go smoothly. Just because there are cleaners doesn't mean they will clean. The common living area is not supposed to be a place for the whole hallway/house to uses together.if you make them more livable you will get in trouble.

Anything broken, even new appliances, then you would need to wait weeks or even months.. When I arrived in this appartment the kitchen was promised to be renewed, but it waited 2 months later. Then the new dishwasher doesn't work immediately yet and another month waiting for someone to come. After 4 months the new dishwasher is broken again I had to call the second time after waiting 20 days after the first call, only to hear \we will contact ATAG as fast as we can\.

In Groningen, it's the lesser evil... Good for finding a place, but don't expect much. Nothing will ever be fixed or cleaned, while you pay monthly increasing \service fees\.
