We went to SaniDump because we renovated the bathroom and the toilet of our new house. We made an appointment for a 3d simulation of the bathroom, which was quite useful to get an idea of the final result. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They sell products ranging from medium to very high quality, for a reasonable price. We bought some very nice tiles and the shower box there, and the 3d plan helped us to have an idea of the final result, which is very nice indeed. Good point: Very helpful staff, and the quality of products, for a reasonable price. We now have a very nice modern bathroom, instead of the old-fashioned bathroom that we found. Negative point: The distribution chain should be improved. They don’t have their own delivery service, and I was told about this only once I paid the deposit. Their storage is not in Groningen, but is Drachten, so this means that you have to go there to pick up the items that you buy. If, like me, you don’t have a car, or the items don’t fit in a car (very likely if you renovate a bathroom), you have to find a solution. In my case they suggested to contact the Rinzema transport company, and it was a total disaster.

Low cost bathroom appliances shop with friendly helpful staff. The showroom is not as great as of the high-end shops but still useful to get a picture of the possibilities.

Ik ben zeer ontevreden over deze zaak, ik kom er nooit weer. Toilet fontein besteld, zou na 1 week geleverd worden, levering heeft uiteindelijk meer dan 4 weken geduurd. Beloftes om terug gebeld te worden over wanneer er wel geleverd wordt, worden niet nagekomen. Slechte service en communicatie.
