I always bought palo santo offline in a shop, but due to lockdown decided to buy online and got it from Spiru. A big bag of palo santo to last me a while. BUT! When I actually took the first stick and put it on fire, smth weird happened - the smoke was so strong, black, and overwhelming that I immediately thought smth was wrong. It smelled toxic and caused me a headache. When I looked at the stick and how it was burning, I saw some liquid within the wood that was really sort of boiling and producing tiny bubbles. I assume that this is some palo santo like wood soaked in some oils as it is known to be one of the ways to produce fake palo santo. I left a review via the email link after my purchase, I left a complaint via contact form on the website a week ago and noone contacted me till now. I hope you guys care about the quality of stuff you sell and maybe it was a bad batch from your palo santo supplier, but it is not a reason to not fix the mistake. I also have a video of this burning, and a bag of real palo santo to compare it to. So I politely ask you to contact me and provide the service you claim to have within your company.

I've been waiting for a month for my products only to find out their system completely changed my address and delivered my order to the wrong place. I found it out by myself because so far I haven't got any update, even to say something went wrong. I am waiting for an answer and an appropriate solution. Like my money back. Highly disappointed. Needed the materials for my spiritual rituals and been waiting all this time for nothing.

Gisteren een bestelling geplaatst en deze werd net al bezorgd. Daarbij ziet het product er nog mooier uit dan op de site, ik ben heel blij! Dit was mijn 1e bestelling bij Spiru, maar ik heb er een nieuwe favoriet bij.

Na de bestelling hielden ze me goed op de hoogte van mijn pakketje via e-mail. Iedere keer als ik een bericht kreeg van Magazijnmonnik Boris over mijn pakketje kreeg ik een lach op mijn gezicht. Goede producten, zien eruit zoals ze op de site er ook uit zagen. Spiritualiteit met een knipoog! Dat je keuze hebt op het pakketje later te laten bezorgen, zodat je het 'compenseert' voor het milieu vond ik ook een erg fijn idee. Al met al ben ik erg tevreden en zal ik het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Zeer prettige ervaring met bestellen. Sowieso het hele proces van dat je op de hoogte gehouden wordt en de persoonlijke noot. Helaas ging het mis bij de geleverde producten (een edelsteen hanger week af) - foutjes zijn menselijk - maar na contact op te nemen kreeg ik snel reactie en is de oorspronkelijk bestelde hanger toegestuurd. Niet alleen mocht ik de andere hanger houden, ze stuurden ook nog een mooie tijgeroog mee als excuses voor de vergissing. Ik vind dit erg netjes opgelost!

Begin december heb ik een zoutlampje besteld om met kerst kado te geven. Na twee weken gebruik vertoonde het lampje wat kuren en nu werkt het helemaal niet meer. Hier heb ik contact over opgenomen met de klantenservice maar helaas zijn zij niet welwillend om een oplossing te vinden voor het probleem en houden zij stug vast aan een garantietermijn van dertig dagen na aflevering.
