Nice place to see various artist practicing. On the weekend it also has some afro dance practice classes going on. They have a cafe, warm place to hang out during the weekdays.

Great place to go to see new young talents getting a change and shine. During the day you have also a bar where you can get drinks and good food (lunch) for a reasonable price.

Great place, but why oh why do you allow for smelly foodstands in the middle? The whole area reeks.
