Guilty pleasures. Home of the guilty pleasure or a snackbar with home made snacks? Last one applies and to be honest I expected a better taste. Don't get me wrong, the food is tasty but the Mexicano was a bit dry to be honest. The meatball special was juicy though and the stew taste amazing! Next time I would pick out something different. The elderly couple, aka the owners, are friendly and the place looks clean.

The best fish and chips I have had in a long time! The batter was divine! Just the right amount of crunch and fried to golden perfection. Portion size was excellent too. Will be back soon for more!

Eindhoven Eater

This is a tent that takes Dutch snacks very seriously. Everyone in Eindhoven knows this place. Even the salt on the fries is nice (a flavorful flaky salt). However, I think that their fries are not that great. Their Belgian mayonnaise, which is homemade, is tart and vinegar forward, but I did not like it that much. The stoffvlees was decent, but could have been thicker. Their red Guinness sauce, served with the gehakt ball, is very flavorful and had a nice sweet, complex flavor. The ball itself was really delicious. I will come back here just to enjoy all their snacks, but their fries are not for me.

This is the best place ever. I came here as part of a spontaneous day trip to Eindhoven. I am originally from the UK and grew up with fish and chips but the ones here were really the best I've ever had. And of course the owners are such passionate friendly people it is a pleasure to be in their shop

Perfect hand made snacks. If you are into Dutch fried snacks then this will be your favourite place. Go for risotto caprese, yes you read right they have a risotto fried snack :)
