The worst pre-customer service ever. I have just came back for taking my learners guitar for a minor repair and they have told me that they do not repair low quality guitars or guitars that have not been sold by them. I guess you expect me to buy a Fender so i can learn how to play a guitar. If this is the service provided for a posible customer I do not want to be a customer at all.
