Perfect service, great interior designer staff that are very friendly and helpful. Of course very interesting designs, I am not an expert in design or arts whatsoever but it felt like the perfect mixture between classical and contemporary designs! I bought a couch from here and will definitely come back for the rest of my living room

Great shop, nice ideas for decorating your house or living room. Some unique items can be found here and the employees are knowledgeable. It is an special store which has some really great ideas, we loved the couch and are really thinking about it. Also some unique lamps and frames can be found here, and special tables for living or dining room.

Home Stock's customer service is terrible. We bought a table in their store and when it got delivered we had to put it into storage for a few weeks since our house was in the process of being renovated. Once the renovation was finished we unpacked the table and found that the frame of the table, didn't belong with the top. They had sent us the frame for a completely different table. We have since then been trying to raise this with their customer services for over two weeks. We have tried by phone, by email and via a form on their web site and they refuse to respond and are unwilling to help. Overall this is terrible customer service. You get better help at a place like IKEA. Home Stock should be ashamed.

One of the WORST customer services I've encountered in my life. I bought 4 chairs in the Haarlem store in April, got delivered almost 3 months later (no communication whatsoever regarding the delay, only after I chased them). They delivered 2 sets of the legs (in a box already opened) which were from another model of chairs!!! It took me more than 2 MONTHS, several emails, phone calls and visits to the store to get the correct set of legs for the chairs I bought. Also they LIED saying they tried to contacted leaving a voice mail message and I do not have voice mail service activated on my phone!!! This was the last drop for me. It's such a small world that I ended up meeting someone this week who went through almost the same experience with them: he bought an expensive sofa and came with the wrong legs. Also, an endless process and chasing to get it solved. Honestly, the furniture is beautiful but the service is awful. Go somewhere else Note to the team handling this account: do no bother answering this post. I got ENOUGH of your excuses in emails. I just wanted to make my experience public. People deserve to know the policy of \blaming the provider instead of owning and resolving your mistakes\ and \we will not do anything unless the customer is continuously after us\ this company runs.
