If you want to learn to be in the moment and enjoy your life, I would highly recommend Mindfullness course with Alexandra. Alexandra is a very good guide and she really loves sharing her knowledge and experiences. She reminds us how actually it is simple to enjoy our lives mindfully. I also loved that in our course she really listened to us one by one. Thank you again!

I finished my Mindfulness Training a month ago and recommend it to everyone! I've learned some simple and powerful practice on how to be more present in life, understand my emotional reactions and physical signals, and how to take care of my self better. I also enjoyed it very much how our trainer Alexandra Pils gave her personal attention to each and everyone in the group, respecting that we came from different backgrounds and have different stories and needs. Alexandra is very passionate about mindfulness and health, she keep learning and eager to share her findings and personal stories. Thanks you Alexandra for being easy-going and deep, caring and challenging at the same time! And for the nice and warm tea drinking moments during every training! :)
