I've ordered several times from muntenhoek before. Got quite a few collectible coins by now from them. I've always been very pleased with the experience. So far they always sent out the order the next day or on the same day (I guess you have to order very early in the morning for same day). Packaging was always good (the coins were often put in nice reusable coin maps that I consider a nice extra). The coins were always in great condition. Sometimes "second choice" coins with some spots are available, and they are clearly indicated on the website and always discounted. For the few of those that I bought, the condition was as good or better than described. The website can be a bit cumbersome to navigate; I wish I could just get an overview of, say, all 1 oz coins, rather than having to go through every country. Otherwise, it's a nice shop to browse.
